there is only one screen available after downloading. "start free trial". and there is no way to close it

You may also wish to choose the free version with fewer features available. But we are sure you will enjoy the Premium version, it is definitely worth the money!

Downloaded months ago. Best app by far; paid for the sub because it was user-friendly & videos detailed exercises well. Now, I'm getting back into it after a month-long pause, and I'm seeing an error when trying to view the videos. I wrote to support, but they weren't able to do much about it. It's a real shame! Using a new app now. Any recommendations for a reliable app with good video guides?

All videos simply return an error from YouTube, the app is now useless and when others have commented on it the devs just say to email them Hey devs, *No*, fix it! Error code 15. That's between you, and YouTube. I said "No." I will not email, or perform any other free labor on your behalf
