this app is amazing, I also used 3 month very helpful and no ads its free you can use this app I recommend everyone.
Because I am a beginner, I am not flexible. I often feel I let myself down for not being. However, the asanas are so psychologically therapeutic they keep me going and I am determined to make it.

there is only one screen available after downloading. "start free trial". and there is no way to close it

Now the guidance videos are not available. do i need to update the app as i have downloaded long back still enabled auto update options. now they have started too many add in between.
