UPDATED I’ve really been enjoying this app. Just one tweak request
Update: Company announced refunds then couldn’t provide me with one because I subscribed through Apple. I provided receipts and everything else they asked for. Really poorly managed and complete failure to follow through. Old review: I think the classes and the instructors in this app are amazing. I like that there are classes in a series so you can follow along for xx days. However…you can barely see the menu items as they are gray on white background. Same thing for the “completed” indicator in the bottom right screen. Since it is white and most of the pictures are outdoors, I can’t see it. I would also love to be able to sort by uncompleted so I don’t have to scroll to find my next class. Just a few suggestions to improve!
App pauses constantly
Previously no issues. But now video pauses constantly and I find the app unusable for actually working out
What happened?!
This app used to be fantastic. I used it multiple times a week. But ever since the app ended the subscription cost, I’ve had nothing but issues. Videos play for a few seconds and then stop, music won’t play. Instead, I receive a message telling me to download the app for music even though I am in the app. And the app on my iPad is just a blank white screen that I cannot click out of. So frustrating and disappointing.
