Every time there's an update on either this app or my phone, there are problems connecting to the app. Now it's no longer compatible with T-mobile security so I can't open it at all. Last update had rewards points which loads slow screens you can't skip. These rewards don't actually do anything, you get nothing, and I don't care about them. It just slows down my ability to log food, which is why I'm here, and the longer the app takes, the colder my food gets while I wait to to take a photo.

the ai calculations are way off, had to manually calculate everything. when I asked to make sure that no more money came out of my account, they couldn't even get my name right, kept calling me claire in the email, so they were looking up the wrong person, even after I explained I wasn't claire. do I regret buying this app 100%

Constantly getting red berror banner that causes me to be unable to update water/food intake or fasting. Errors and the inability to update caused me to break my streak and having a 21 hour fast because it wouldn't let me end it. It's a cute idea but I'll just track these things manually.

**2nd EDIT** so initially they engaged with me and made out like they would refund my stolen money then they ghosted me. My bank advised I cancelled my card and they were putting a marker on my account to ensure they couldn't take any more money. Today they have tried to (unsuccessfully) take money again, so I will be contacting my banks fraud department again. Do not sign up for this scummy app.

some of the issues listed in the other reviews sound more like user error rather than fault of the app ngl. I was able to cancel my subscription without issue, and so far the calories have been accurate. Plus the app is probably one of the only ones out there that let's you use the camera feature for free without needing a subscription. also, devs if you are reading this, please for the love of god add more pet options the raccoon is so ugly 💀

I like the app so far and the meal options are amazing. one thing I don't like is how the meal prep option is laid out. I wish it was in alphabetical order or filtering options to help decide what to eat.

I am honestly really enjoying this app! I love that it gives you meal ideas for the day that can easily be swapped with other options. Taking photos of your meals and thus keeping a food diary is very easy and helpful. I am also really enjoying the comments on the meals that helps guiding you towards healthier eating. The water and fiber tracker has been exceptionally helpful and this alone has already impacted my health and food choices in a very good way. My Raccoon is a happy Chappy!! 😁

this app helped me reach my goal and when I deleted the app without ending my subscription and when I contacted the team about a payment that wasn't meant to go out they were understanding and really kind about it and gave me the full refund. would definitly recommend the app.

Calories are way off. Even taking a photo of the nutrition labels they are way too high. By 200+ calories! I'll be finding an accurate app, immediately uninstalled after three days of constant issues.

edit: the response below sent me to the wrong costumer service... Charge for 80% of the features that you provide, at least offer a free trial. Entering meals is frustrating. it either doesn't catch the items shown in the photo or it logs it incorrectly. I end up having to enter every item individually and it takes 4xs longer. If I forget to change the type of meal or time when first entering it (ie: Lunch , Snack, supper etc.) it will not allow me to edit it.
