good app to lose weight
my only issue with this app so far is that the raccoon calls the user master and I find that a bit awkward
I don't want to be forced to buy an app before I can even try it and see if it works.
horrible - you input something and it never loads. I waited for 10 minutes for it to put in 2 boiled eggs....
I'm only on day 2 but I paid for a year subscription, everything I enter the calories and nutrition facts are off. I have used many nutrition trackers and never had this issue so frequently. If I hadn't already paid I would uninstall it.

This thing works about as well as a mop on a dirt floor! It is so far off of any meal I try to put in what is the point of counting at that point.
this app wasnt for me (i forget to take the pictures and fill it out) but the ones i did log were spot on and so easy to do. also 5 star customer service, responded to my question about cancelling subscription immediately and in full detail. (thanks Jake)

This is unfortunately a scam. I wanted to add a little fun into day to day tracking but the ai was waaaaay off. It is not fit for purpose. I sent a deletion request and they have attempted a further 6 payments on my account and customer services have stopped responding.
One of the very first pages during set up asked for a review... for a product I haven't even used yet. It then pushed the paid Plus service for four separate pages, again, for a service I haven't even experienced yet. Clearly more interested in generating money and passive revenue than actually providing a service. That, coupled with a reliance on AI, has made this a non-starter for me.

STOP & DO NOT DOWNLOAD! AI App that swallows your money. I signed up and am still unable to log in. Emailed support, Jake, an AI bot, replied to my email with such speed I nearly lost 1lb with the fright. back and forth screen shots and a few fixes, still no love. asked for a refund, I will update if I get it! don't DOWNLOAD THIS APP! XO
Horrible A.I that cant read food properly and the description will have me eating 3k calories from a protein shake and banana. This needs to be updated badly.

This app is terrible. made the mistake of paying up front but it's way less functional than any calorie counter I have used before. Doesn't seem to recognize most food or stuff from restaurants. Brand names are useless and gives wildly inaccurate calorie counts. Told me two cups of popcorn was 1000+ calories. The little creature is cute but if you're looking to actually count calories I don't think you can do much worse

paid for the features and it stopped working 3 days later. it's not even showing my calorie count. I've logged meals today and it's saying I haven't eaten anything.
Very easy to use. I've tried a,lot of different apps but this is the best I've used.

The Ai is not that bad at detecting and counting stuff, but if you have to pay to see what nutrients you have consumed per portion, while other apps show you that for free is ridiculous.
fun app, but not accurate at all which would be ok maybe if it was easy to manually adjust counts- but it's not. its hard to adjust any input after the fact and wildly overestimates or underestimates the portions and calories even on prepackaged pre-portioned foods. if you need accuracy- this app ain't it fam.
This app uses an Ai system to track your calories and it is never correct. It has you type in your food and then ignores half the info you submitted. for example, I listed a 100 calorie english muffin. the app then "tracked" a 1oz muffin for 80 calories...not even close. you can't change any nutritional goals or calorie goals without paying for the premium subscription. the app is basically useless without paying and it's inaccurate.
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE to this app. If you cancel your subscription they continue take out money more frequently than you signed up for. I got my bank to block the sunscription, then I contacted the help email for this app. I got confirmation the suibscription was cancelled then every three to five days they still proceed to attempt to take the cancelled subscription amount. I had to cancel my credit card and they STILL email me to advise the payment was denied. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE

love the app but it needs an option to set when you goal cycles. I work nights so it's not very easy for me to use the app to keep my goals for food and water.
I have attempted to cancel the automatic subscription only for the contact email returned as undeliverable and now been charged 39.99. I have no way of cancelling and would like Google to look into this as a scam

The AI snap is a great idea and so convenient, but.... the count is way off. i do have to use other app to properly track which defeats the purpose. the meals recommended are not a part of the diet plan I'm on. Also trying to search foods or meals is impossible and again not accurate.

it was deeply annoying trying to use this app. For example, I had a 1.7x serving of yogurt and it expected me to do the math for all of the macros. It also very much overestimated calories, I had 20 green grapes and it told me that was 200 calories, online it says it's 50-60 calories. That's a huge difference. I don't think there's a way to get my money back, which sucks.
can't get any info on my account to cancel subscription and been charged every month regardless.
purchased app through targeted ad - took my money, sent me receipt, but the subscription is not registering on the app and doesn't show up in subscriptions in google play. app keeps freezing and I can't enter anything, as well as haven't heard from customer service about a refund. SCAM! BEWARE!

I like the idea and design of the app but it only worked without issue for 2 days. since then I keep getting an error when trying to log food or drink.
it's wrong with all my foods, for breakfast it said I consumed 2000!calories when it should of been 500 calories. Fats carbs sodium wrong

The app seems great, but I tried out the discounted rate yearly subscription plan and it took my payment and didn't unlock. I tried sending a message to support through feedback and got no response. Update: After this review and a second email I got a quick response and resolution that got my discounted trial started.
paid for a year subscription, cancelled auto renewal, the app says I don't have the plan anymore. gee thanks

they charged me for the premium subscription, but then kept all the features behind a paywall despite sending me and invoice and receipt confirming I got it. the AI tracking is terrible, it isn't anywhere close to the nutritional value for things and then the app just ceased working at all. I can't log any food, I can access anything, it's just a gray screen.
