Jan 28, 2026Definitely not for people who have ADHD/GAD/OCD like me. The narrator takes way too long pauses and that sends my neurodivergent brain into 100 different directions. Also, it's not a good idea to mention words like anxiety, stress, worries etc in meditation practices. I wanted to be guided away from it, not fixate on it. This particular style is definitely not for me but apparently it helps many. I really tried to stick with it too.
