was a great app and is still. the only probl my now is that you have now always to wait a long time to start the workout as there is always a long promotional video (mostly Temu) you have to watch to the end. Also often that Video gets stuck at the end and you are not able to click it away. please change the way you use ads in your app.

program is good, the ads are ridiculous. seriously speeding more time on ads than working out. do not use it isn't worth it.

the new ads are terrible. instacart is one example. they take ages. thinking of deleting this app soon
