I love the timer that's built in and a quick description, quick and easy to use daily.
succinct and simple, I used it 3 years ago to unconsciously get a body buff and I used it to build consistency where I needed to, now I need it to help me run a two way workout system such that when my alarm rings, it rings on my friends phone and confirms he is on the app doing the same thing at the same time.

This is an excellent workout application. It is not demanding, and you go at your own pace. I'm 60 and use this at home every day during wintertime to make sure I break a sweat.
I really like the shuffle option for the 7 minute workout.
You dont need hours in the gym, the 7Min workout is a awesome way to get a intense workout. You might think "what kind of workout is 7 min gonna give me" just see if you can do one set, i dare you.

Background: I used to play football in high school and college and haven't seriously worked out in over 6 years. Is looking for an app that gave me a workout routine only involving one's own body weight. A coworker told me about this app about 3 weeks ago and after using it for a few days i can honestly say this is the best workout app that I've tried so far, and I've tried a couple of them. I do the seven minute workout/circuit. Only prop/equipment I needed was a chair. (That was big for

Very helpful!!! Had this app a few years now, initially it was to help me stay fit while busy then it sat unused in my phone for awhile after kids and I've started using it again. What was easy before is now not but I like knowing/feeling that its helping me not be a big back lol

i love it for a begginer way to dive into the world of fitness.. it helps me with programming my brain that everyday i put my training clotges on and exercise.. no matter how easy or how little time it takes.. but it helps me build my consistancy .. with time i can go for more difficult and more time consuming exercises.. but right now.. this is the best for me.. besides it doesnt ask for a subscription and it doesnt contain too many ads
