Hi Sophia, thanks for trying Fitify. Fitify is freemium - you can start free workouts from the Workouts tab and filter by Equipment/Duration, then tap Start. If anything was unclear, please use Send Feedback in Profile so we can help. Take care, Emma, team Fitify! 💙
Everything is AI. The gifs/animations, the workouts, the "trainer", the plans. And they must have it tested by "AI athletes", too... The pauses between exercises are, at times, comically short; there are no instructions (the hints are NOT instructions); some of the hints don't make sense (animation shows legs apart, hint says knees touching each other); they ignore things stated in the initial assessment (e.g., shoulder pain. exercises are after another knee raises, chin ups, knee raises...).
