This app is nice but this app asking premium for more workouts like (advanced)thats why iam giving 4stars.

Hi Charnjit, thanks for your feedback. We suggest that you can slow your speed and add more rest time to decrease difficulty. What’s more, you can customize an easier plan. (Go to the exercise list page ->“Adjust” -> follow the steps until done. ) If possible, a five-star rating would be a great encouragement for us.
