I don't mind the ads, but why can't you add a feature to sync a watch to the app or add a device to the app, it only tracks steps when the mobile is at hand, but the watch is counting more obviously
Developer response
Hi, sorry for any inconvenience. Currently, our app doesn't support connecting a watch, but we really value your feedback. In the meantime, you can manually add steps for the times you weren't carrying your phone.
Very disappointed. Looked it over and decided it would work Put in my weight but didn't have access to my Diabetic Notebook. When I went back it hadn't counted my steps on the stairs. Completely ignored them. Guess I grew wings. When I went back to enter my blood work it was gone. Like that section had never been part of the app! But I know I even read about having a constant blood/glycemic counter. After wasting 15 minutes searching i have up and deleted the app.

Hi Nancy. Currently, our app only monitors heart rate and does not have blood glucose measurement or logging features. You may have mistaken this app for another one. If the app is not counting steps, please check whether it has permission to access physical activity data. You can also contact us via the in-app feedback option for assistance.
