Great app, have used it for many years and does everything I need it to.

After going through the toughest time in my life so far, I can’t wait to see where this app takes me! Started off on Nike running app, but they don’t add points like Adidas! Currently trying to get my certificates on ISSA and Adidas is hyping me up and boosting my motivation!!! Repping 3 Stripe for Life!

It is currently having an issue logging calories. And it keeps having a pop up to confirm your email address
Still Seems Worthwhile
I’ve been using this app for several years as an on-and-off runner, and it offers quite a lot for not asking for subscription money. I thought I was going to drop it and just use Apple’s fitness app when I recently started running again, but I found I still like this app better—both while working out and when reviewing data. And it integrates perfectly with Apple Health and Fitness, so the data is there too.
Not sure about calorie counter
I walked 8.5 miles and it says I burned almost 1700 calories. Boy ain’t no way boy!
Redundant
If I start an activity, it constantly freezes in the countdown when it reaches one second. They added a redundant green “start” button a few days ago. And hysterically it won’t start now. It used to be super convenient, and you’d just tap the screen anywhere to start. NOw they’ve added the dumbest button that pretty much just asks “are you sure you want to exercise?….” Of course I do! I started the activity but the stupid app won’t start tracking it! Oh! And more! I have pausing turned off and it always pauses and does not save my progress!!!! So glitchy. Try something else. This used to me my favorite exercise app, now it’s just buggy. They over complicated it. It fails to save progress…. Such a shame. I really liked it now it’s just a waste of time.
Not counting calories
The app stopped counting my calories on workouts. What happened?
Always a hassle after an update!
Updated, app restarts, asks to login, and once again it doesn’t recognize my username and password. Trying out Strava!
Excellent structure
Sensible guide customized to my needs. Very easy to use. Not intrusive. Keeps advertising at an acceptable level. I expect a certain amount of adidas promotion (who can begrudge them that?) but they keep it on point and don’t bludgeon.
Technical Issues
I’ve been having technical issues with my log in and premium features for about 5 months. And have yet to get any type of resolution from support.
Lots of runs don’t register for community events
Usually have to send emails to get it fixed. Customer service just said re-login, do other syncing, and waiting but they always fail.

UPDATE: Below I have 3 issues listed. Number 2 has been solved. BUT, number one and three are still major issues. That would be really easy to fix and development and make this app so much better. 1. EDIT EXERCISE BASED ON LOCATION: sometimes I’ll go on a hike and I’m packing everything up, getting my dog ready, saying goodbye to friends, leaving in separate cars…. And I forget to end the hike. When I get home, I remember, but there’s no way to edit easily. Why not make it so you can edit and then on the map choose the location or slide the time and shows on the map where the location was so you can choose the exact time you ended. It’s so frustrating when you have this, but forget to end it and it basically makes the Information useless. 3. FOR RUNNING MAKE THE PAUSE FLASH AND RUN A BUTTON OR HUGE SLIDE: For a hike or a walk the way it is now works just fine. But when I’m running, there’s times I’m running a mile and I’m sprinting hard and I want it to end exactly at the right time obviously. But I have to slide in a small space and literally 50% of the time it either goes to another screen, or another app. Then I have to switch back and sometimes it adds as much as 5 to 10 seconds to my time. FOR RUNNING MAKE IT SO TO STOP. IT’S JUST A HUGE BUTTON OR A HUGE SLIDE. OR AT LEAST MAKE THAT AN OPTION FOR PEOPLE THAT ARE WORRIED ABOUT THEIR EXACT TIME. YOU WOULD THINK THE DEVELOPERS WOULD LOOK AT REVIEWS AND MAKE CHANGES BASED ON USER EXPERIENCES. MAKE THESE CHANGES IN YOUR APP WILL BECOME SO MUCH MORE USEFUL FOR SO MANY PEOPLE! First I will say in general I absolutely love this app. It gives really good feedback on not only your running but basically you can choose any activity you do and store them separately so you can keep track of your Biking, your walking, your jogging or whatever you do..... BUT…. Three things: 1. EDIT EXERCISE ENDING POINT: I can’t be the only one who will forget to stop an activity and then after a drive home realize I forgot to stop the activity. Now my run, walk or bike ride had wrong data. PLEASE ADD A FEATURE TO BE ABLE TO CHOOSE A SPOT ON THE MAP WHERE TO EDIT THE ACTIVITY. Then it could adjust the time to where ever it was at that spot on the map and have the correct data. 2. ADD A HOLD AND SELECT ACTIVITY ON THE START PAGE: I use this app to track many different activities. But to change activities you have push like 4 or 5 clicks to do it. Why not add an option to hold down on the current activity and then show a list of previously used activities? One click and never have to navigate past the first page. 3. STOP RUN OPTIONS OR CHANGE: To stop your run you have to slide at the very bottom of the page to the right in a very small area. When you’re finishing your run strong and wanting to finish at an exact time this is a huge issue! 50% of the time I either don’t swipe on the right spot and it moves me to another screen which means I basically have to stop running and go back and then stop which obviously messes up my time. Also sometimes it will slide to another app because I’m sliding to the right! Now once again I have to stop go back and do the slide which again some of the time messes up so it even makes it worse! Can you give different options of how to stop your exercise? I want something super easy so I can be running hard with my phone in my hand and push a button or slide a huge area to pause. If you make these changes then you have basically the best running out for free I can find.
App keeps glitching
So was working great but after the recent IOS Apple Watch update, the app continues to glitch when jogging and constantly drains Apple Watch battery until watch shuts off. Goes from 100-10 within 8-10min into jog smh!!

Not working on Apple Watch

I remember loving this app when I used it years ago when I was in HS. I downloaded it as I’m looking to get into running but the app won’t let me put my email in. I’ve tried clicking the email space and even pressing “next” after I put my last name in to go to the email space and the keyboard just goes away. I’ve tried updating and refreshing the app but it still won’t work. I’m about to give up.

Running
Running is a daily necessity for me so once I had trusted adidas adiClub that was it. I had no reservations until I was asked to use my adiClub point to access Premium and now have to see whether to ask Support for more integrations to track my runs.
Great app and in many ways better than Apple Fitness however please add…!!!
This is a great app and earning points towards membership for activities is fantastic. What the app lacks though would make it almost perfect. While doing an exercise there is no way when you switch from say running to weight training hitting pause and adding a new activity. The app ojly allows closing current activity then start a new activity, etc etc. This is clumsy. Apple fitness lets you add an interval and keep going with a 1-button (+) press. Although your recent updates have fixed so many issues which is great, please consider adding this feature as many of us will run, a break do some calisthenics, then run again. Turning that from three completely separate activities to one block interval training is much more elegant and functional. Thanks!!!
Not tracking goal
The app is glitchy now and not adding workouts to the weekly goal… that’s kind of the whole reason I have the app so will probably delete

Love the app but
Hi! We really love this app but recently it’s not recording our miles on the leader board correctly. We are competing and keeping each other accountable but with the lack of recording it’s causing us to know who’s really in the lead. We don’t want to leave the app and hope you can fix it.
Buggy
Quite buggy experience with runs not being tracked/added to the weekly mileage count (Happening right now as I am typing this), the watch app freezes (Happens do many times as recently as a couple days ago), weird deviations in route tracking when I run on tracks, and more. Makes me wonder why should I use this app again over Strava or many others?

What happened?
App stops working randomly without notice. Used this app for years with no issues… until I tried the paid version… when I switch back to the free version it went down hill. Lately I’ve started multiple workouts on this app only to get 1/2 way through, or complete the workout & find out it wasn’t tracking. This was the app my running club recommends but it’s been very buggy lately, we’ve gotta find a better option… hope they get it together.

App keeps freezing on my Apple Watch.
I use to love my Adidas Running app but recently the app always freezes and stops tracking on my Apple Watch. I have the newest Apple Watch 11 and I have done all the updates but the app still freezes once I touch my watch for any tasks while I run, ie increase volume for my music. The app still tracks my run on my iPhone but my watch just shows whatever distance it froze at.

It fails to import all workouts. It happens more often than not. It doesn’t matter if it is indoors or outdoors. Sometimes it shows the workout (running) but it doesn’t record your adiclub points.

App doesn’t count mileage towards goals
It doesn’t matter if you track your run or walk in the app itself, or if it’s imported from my Garmin. The miles do not count towards the monthly goals of 15, 30 and 50 miles. This started happening a few months ago. I already contacted support, and they manually added the activities that I specifically sent screenshots of to that month’s totals, but it’s not a solution. They also said that the miles don’t count because my pace was either too slow or too fast. How does this make sense? Reinstalling, and logging in and out doesn’t help. It used to be great, now it’s kind of useless.
Now slow to respond
After the latest OS update, the app has become slow to respond when you tap the mode icon to switch exercises. Takes up to 4 seconds before it responds please correct this soon.
