Account not working!
Please respond to my support email. I will remove this review when my account is fixed. I paid for a year but can’t access Premium.
It’s Gone Downhill
This is truly so sad. I’ve loved this app for years but it’s completely gone downhill. The app doesn’t appear to be supported on the tech side anymore. The icons, user experience is now very poor and even after being charged for my annual premium subscription my app still shows locked content. Also last year I was incorrectly charged twice and found out the hard way that this app has very minimal customer service. I’ve requested my account to be deleted and am so disappointed after using this app for many years.
Can’t even log in
I try logging in and it gives an error message. I try resetting my password and nothing happens. I never get a reset email. I try creating a new account and it says I already have one. I reach out to support and their only idea is for me to email them a password for them to attach to my account…which I won’t be able to reset (see above) and therefore makes my account completely unsecured. What a waste of my time.
Premium payment
I wanted to join for $29.99 a year but it won’t let me says I am not eligible. Wants me to pay $89.99 a year instead when I can’t afford it! Pretty disgusting. I am a senior on Social Security.
Payment
You charged me twice. Yep, these consecutive days for the same account. I could send you a picture I would.
No access
I’ve had the subscription but it still locks me out of most of the content. Not worth it.
Scam
I was logged out. When I logged back in my subscription magically disappeared. The help email went unanswered. I’m paid through September. I’d like my money back.
Not working from the get-go!
Something is wrong with this app and it appears to be related to when the app was purchased by a new company. I can’t even log in. I put in my log-in credentials and click the log in button and nothing happens. The screen is simply frozen. Goodbye Simple Habit app.
