This app took 25 dollars from me and didn’t even give me premium after I deleted the app

This app was fully functioning last year for me, albeit rather annoying with he premium stuff. But its gotten exponentially worse snd you cant even use the app without a subscription—whats the point?

I thought this was gonna be a nice app to help me count weight since I’m 120 pounds and it keeps telling me to get a free three day trial and then pay for the next months but on the app it says this app is free NO IT IS NOT do not get this if you don’t wanna spend money😢

Horrible update
the main reason I got this app was to help me stay in shape during and after wrestling season and I chose this app because it was free and convenient but now everytime I try to search or scan food it tells me to buy premium, I would rather them give us ads over making a huge pay wall

Don’t bother paying money , my fitness pal is better , tracks more food and it’s worth the 20 dollars more I’ve used this app diet app for almost a year and at first it was good but constantly has wrong macros and having to pay money to an app that dose not have the right information is not fair , my fitness pal at least has the right information

Scammed.
I was charged $43! For 6 months of premium I didn’t want. I had to download this for health class. And now I have no access to the AppStore and no money to pay off an app I won’t even use. I tried to cancel it but it won’t work, it’s been over 100 days without any phone updates because of this app. I can barely use my phone.
You have to subscribe to search for foods???
What the heck? I guess with the new update now you have to subscribe in order to search up food. Absolutely ridiculous. Now I’ll have to find another app I guess. Everything today is a subscription smh

This app used to be my favorite, It was really good, but recently they have put everything behind a paywall, literally everything. And now i'm struggling to find a new app that did the same as this one, if they wanted to lose users thats exactly what they've accomplished
Good features removed
I used this for over a year now and just yesterday the update rolled and I didn’t have the free with ads anymore and it suck’s cuz how much I’ve relied on this app and how barebones it was when I used it now it’s all pay pay pay. great job ruining your app
Misleading
It’s not free. It’s only 3 day free trial, don’t waste your time.
Not accurate
Picture scans are not accurate and overestimate calories. You also have to adjust the serving size of every product you scan a barcode for, even if the item is a full serving. If you don’t pay attention, you log your food intake incorrectly. I regret paying for the trial.
Why?
Why do we have to pay money for everything? Sounds like a great app to have but I can’t afford it.
Format Changed
The format changed where I NO longer can use it, as I can’t log in my macros. I tried to get a refund without any luck. Appediet changed the program app and I can’t get a refund, ONLY CANCEL when it expires and NO refund! They changed the app where I could NOT use it! I had NO choice! WOW…
