Hands down the best calorie counter I've ever used. I’ve tried many other apps, but this one is the winner because it’s simple, clear, and has zero useless fluff. I’ve been successful utilizing Fatsecret for weight loss. Recording everything I eat is the best method for me. My only comment is that there should be more measurement options. Several items are listed as tablespoons when all I use is teaspoons but it isn’t an option. So I have to enter it as .3 tablespoons. Add teaspoons to all options.

I have been using this off and on since 2023. It is a great way to really get some insight into your nutritional intake. It helped focus areas, like increasing protein, lowering fat. It is easier when you see the numbers in front of you and they do all of the math for you.

This is a good app. I like to calorie count while I work toward my weight goal. I can also put in my weight daily so I can see my progress. All for free! I would like to see my weight on different time scales, but overall I’m satisfied.

I’ve used quite a few calorie counter app and the free version of this is the best and I like how the premium options are there but not required for basic functions. It’s helped me lose 20 lbs since I started tracking calories! And almost 30 lbs down altogether !

This app has had literally every food item I have had, even specific items from a certain restaurant’s menu! You can scan food, scan barcodes, and manually search your food and the best part is, it’s free! I don’t mean how some apps give you a week free, all of these features are completely free basically forever! I love this app and I think you will too!

Best and easy to use food log
Been using it for maybe 15 years now. I tried other but always come back to get secret for it’s simple interface and user friendly algorithm .
Good App But A Lot of Scanning Errors
For a free app, this app is great for the most part. But I’m finding when I use the scan barcode feature, the serving size and macros are frequently wrong. For example, my Trader Joe’s Greek yogurt comes up as 4.83g protein at 200 calories for a cup when the label reads 190 calories for 3/4 cup with 14g protein. There seems to be no easy way to report the error or fix it on my app as a recurring food. If this can be fixed or give me an option to correct it, this would be 5 stars!
