Uggghhh
It used to work great until one day…all it does is keep showing the logo. It’s 2026 and this app will not load my workouts because why it’s got some issue with its connection to the internet? C’mon what’s wrong with working offline and only connecting to hen needed? It like I said it’s 2026
Excellent and fun
Love the tracking and diversity of work outs. You really get to personalize the training. I also enjoyed learning that I lifted the weight equivalent of .35 elephant from my workout. now i have a goal. 1 elephant.
Solid, but lacks some things
I’ve been using this app for about a month, and I’ve been enjoying it for the most part. It has a lot of great movements, and I can manually add in exercises they don’t. I also LOVE how cheap the premium version is. The main thing it lacks, other than some exercises, are equipment. They don’t include resistance bands( other than tube bands) which means you to manually enter notes for specific exercises that require resistance bands. This also makes it a little hard to track physical therapy exercise progress.
Good App
The desktop and mobile apps are clean and efficient. I’m only beginning to work with it again but it is the app I return to.
Great app and community
I love the community of health enthusiasts that use this app.
The next step
This app is great for taking the next step and intensifying your workout and being able to track your rest times and make your workout sets readily available
Who designed this?
There are so many ridiculous things about this app, that it makes me think the designers are just Silicon Valley bros who’ve never actually used it. It’s small simple things like automatically setting the same rest time between reps and exercises, even when completely changing equipment (have you ever been to a large gym?) or showing a new workout that uses one leg or arm, but giving no indication of when : how to switch sides … or even if the indicated weight is total or per arm (sometimes it says per DB, but not always). Anyway, the app is riddled with little annoying stuff like this and the regular price is the same (or more!) than apps who clearly have put effort into the UX. I subscribed using a Christmas discount, but even that feels like a rip off now. They must have spent their energy on marketing or PR because this app sucks.
I’ve been a paid user since 2016.
I’ve been a payed user since 2016. I initially downloaded the app to start tracking my workouts. Since then, I’ve accumulated over 15000 “iron points” Without a doubt, the app has been by my side as I crushed every single one of my goals. However, the app has gotten worse. SO BAD I felt the need to leave a 1 star review. My reasons are as follows. Feature bloat: This app has transformed into trying to cater to too many people by adding so many features it’s now a complicated game / community / trainer instead of the simple fitness tracker it once was. I have consistently had a 3 day split for the past 5 years, and that has been harder to manage due to all of the different features that are constantly being shoved in my face. Let me work out, I don’t want to try your new AI workout trainer. Price: A subsequent result of the features is the increase in price. I previously paid $40 per year for full access to the app. In fact, at some point I believe I also paid for a lifetime subscription (It seems that was never honored) Now, the price has gone through the roof. If you know how to workout, and just need to track your workouts, this is NOT your app. You will constantly be bombarded with annoying ads to pay for an upgrade in features you don’t need. Old guy
I currently started using JEFIT. I was a Fitbod member so far. I love this app better than Fitbod .
Great app needs Fitbit integration
Overall I think the app is great. I’ve been using it for years. I would like to see better integration with Fitbit.
App not withering
Lot of information and some one looking just for program he has to read we not reading the void we need just visual workout that it we are no in school to read a lot you don’t mad it easy
JEFIT is the best workout app!
I recommended JEFIT to my son and his friends. It’s very user friendly and easy to customize based on muscles and equipments available. Above all, it’s FREE. Upgrading to paid subscription is worth as well.
15 years and many more to come!
Been using JEFIT since 2011, and it's always been perfect for me!
So hard to use
I actually paid for a year of this app and am just a month in and regretting my decision. The app is not intuitive AT ALL and makes it so confusing to change exercises—it’ll list a machine that my gym doesn’t have week after week, even after I delete it and substitute something else. Navigating through the app on my phone is like wandering through funhouse mirrors, with no clear Home Screen. If I want to see what next week has in store for me, the days are greyed out and a little icon of a lock is on them. What?? This means I can’t tailor workouts ahead of time but have to do it on the fly during the workout. I need a user’s manual to understand how to use the app, it seems. So disappointed.
Best workout app, get the paid version
This workout not only is amazing for finding new exercises by muscle group, you can customize your own. I do BJJ and have solo drills added in here for after my lifting sessions. It gives you fun comparisons (saying you lifted X amount of trucks, or trees during the holidays). I recommend this to anyone at any level of their fitness journey. Great for beginners that need assistance with routines, and great for advanced users looking to have a place to replace the mildew notebook we’ve all sweat on when trying to get a PR.
What happened?
Can no longer search for work outs. It just gives most popular. When it makes a custom you cant edit it like when you made it so you have to delete and redo it. I liked this for discovering new routines. Now I just get workouts that are advertisements.
Great workout app
I had this app for about 8 years, I’m a conservative guy I don’t like changes lately they made changes to the app. Before I was able to get to the gym start a work out and add exercises as I went. Next day I would hit a button start workout add exercises and go, now you have to chose a plan and if you don’t want a plan you have to swipe go to setting and create a new workout. What’s bad about that the next they that workout it’s saved for you to do not again. Well what can you expect when they thousands of people get laid off from Google Microsoft and these people think they getting good talent. Talent that destroys a good working app. Hopefully they don’t hire anyone from Microsoft XBox.
Started good then disappointed
Had to uninstall and reinstall due to the app not loading. Now I am not able to log in. Barely used for a week. What I did use was good.
Great app
Perfect app for tracking training, volume, PR’s and general fitness with tips and advice for all levels. I’ve tried many different apps and this is by far the best one.
Can’t live without it
Awesome product
Great app
Great app, love seeing the how tos for the workouts. Just wish I could show the limits of weights I have at home so the auto weight adjuster would keep it around those weights
Love the Data
I love working out without having to think about what to do. JEFIT designs a program and makes sure I have a balanced workout week. I LOVE data. I’m still trying to figure out what all the data points mean and how to use them. There is a lot of information on the data, but I do wish there were more tutorials on HOW to use the data and what to do in future workouts to stay on track. Overall, this is such a game changer for me. I have always been a runner, and never really liked doing much with weights, but the JeFit app makes it so easy.
Love this product
The personalized workouts, workout tracking, integration with Apple are all amazing! It only lost a star because I have to keep redownloading to reinstall Elite membership which is a nuisance but doesn’t ruin the experience.
Love this app!
Very easy to use & customize.
Ok App
Its an ok app for the price and definitely has it moments where is glitches out and has the restart it and also can’t use other app while it does the count for Cardio sessions

Bully’s you
I used to love this app and now it does nothing but bully me. After I’m done working out it shows me a sad face and says I didn’t work out hard enough. Don’t get this app! It will bully you and so will the teammates telling you you need to do better
9.6/10
Used jefit for a long while now, its great! One small addition I’d add is a feature where you can quickly convert weights between Kg and Lbs for those who go to gyms that use both kilos and pounds. Overall extremely good though
It’s bad but….
The paid version is even buggier
switching oht
had this for a year - ruining a good app with AI and other stupid features that NO ONE ASKED FOR. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO LOG CARDIO JFC.
Why
Lost all my workouts , now i have to pay to rebuild my plans. Looks like it’s time to find a new app
Keeps deleting my workouts
I created like 4 workouts, they got deleted so I put them back in & deleted again. This app should be easier to use. I found the free version much easier then the now paying version. Not happy.
Get this app
I’ve been going to the gym for 20years. This is the best app for gym goers. Keeps me accountable and has me chasing better PRs every week.
Good but is probably better with paid subscription.
This app has been really helpful for me getting back into working out regularly. Planning out workouts and seeing perceived muscle fatigue has been pretty helpful. Despite that I can only give it 3/5 stars due to features that should be standard or were standard at a point prior are now hidden behind a paid subscription.
Greedy pos dev
Locked the watch part behind a pay wall, F this greedy fing dev
Sale machine
1. No option to delete account. Brakes GDPR. 2. Cannot get an understanding of the app's real value until payment
Workout app
1 of the best workout apps so far.
Lost all workout history
Was a great app, however when i was checking for my workout tomorrow i have a 6 month gap in history. This is enough to make me got back to paper…what weight did i do last week? No idea its all gone
Great app
Wish the monthly was cheaper or at least for it to be monthly they take the whole amount as soon as you subscribe. The app is amazing tho
Great workout app
I’ve been using this app for several years and have been very satisfied with its performance. It’s very easy to customize the routines to fit my goals and ability. Tracking is great. I’m always reconfiguring the exercises and muscle groups without any drama. There are an abundance of options for each muscle and activity level. I recommend it.
Ok app
The warm up set keeps recalculating as a working set and it is missing basic tricep pushdown and the overhead version both with a straight bar. Ui is nice tho
The app is getting better. That said, one of the best.
Very good app. A lot of helpful features and good workouts. One thing that is silly is that it looks at your workouts for the week and the radar graph looks at only a narrow window of time. For instance, it’s Monday Jefit only looks at vertical and horizontal push/pull, squats, and hinge since Sunday. How about looking at a timeframe of two weeks or more? Believe me, on a Monday, I can be feeling muscle soreness from the work I did on Friday and Saturday of last week. The app completely ignores that in the radar graph. Makes it less useful. To be more useful, allow consideration for a broad window of time, at least two weeks. Better yet, a rolling 14 day period of time. Still a good app. Take advantage of the opportunities to continue improving.
Very difficult to use
Design is extremely unintuitive. Trying to create your workouts is a labyrinth: there are instant options, but they start workouts, but then you have to make a plan, and the the plan you can’t really add to but then you add to this other area and maybe a plan shows up for the day… it’s nightmarish. Maybe it’s useful for experienced lifters, but as a beginner, I’m completely lost. Wish I had looked more into this before paying.
Work outs are awesome
Just started using this and the workouts are great. I felt a solid burn I haven’t had in a while. My only complaint is the syncing with the Apple Watch — there’s a noticeable delay between the app and the watch, which throws off my rest timing. If that gets tightened up, this would be perfect.
Been using for almost 10 years now
This app is great. The free version is all you need but the paid version does add valuable perks. I’ve been using for almost 10 years now and my favorite part is being able to see my progress over time.
Excellent
Have been using JEFIT for more than 15 years. Flexible, easy to use and kept up to date. Highly recommend.
Continually improving the app
The free app is good and the paid one is even better. It was a bit clunky to use but it improving monthly and I would recommend to anyone to try this app out. I have been using for 2 years now and the best part are the insights and the prompting to progress by pushing you!
Random payment
Was great till they made it to where you gotta pay for workouts to go though a smartwatch
Overall solid app
Love this app. Only complaint is bugginess between app and Apple Watch. I have uninstall and reinstall the app every few uses. I use this app 6 days a week so it is frustrating. Data is not lost but it is annoying. The problem is the watch app starts then disconnects which means it is not tracking heart rate and you can no longer run timer or input data from watch. Always works fine after reinstall.
