Quality on NFR is very poor! Paid the premium amount and can't get continuous clear images. Goes in and out of being blurry! No my internet as other apps are perfect!
Currently very upset. The price has increased by $20, I have my payment receipt, but I cannot watch anything in the app. It says it can't verify my subscription. I paid LAST WEEK. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, signed out and back in, and I don't know what else to do. I will happily change my review if someone can fix this asap.
I'm looking for information to do the NFR rodeo picks , like pro fantasy rodeo. That the cowboy channel is having.
Love it but it gives an error when I try to upgrade to 119 a year including nfr so leaving me no choice but to find a rebroadcast. Love yiur channel but if you want my money fix your upgrade error
Won't cast to tv
Could never get it to work. I tried to cancel my subscriptoion for 2 months and it would not let me, just kept taking my money. I want my money back.
This app is junk! Won't let me stream to my Chromecast anymore to watch on my TV. Used to watch all the time. Whatever you did messed up the app. PLEASE FIX!!!!

This app is amazing. It's had some bugs but most seem to be worked out at this point. The option to watch 100's of rodeos is game changing for the sport.
Honestly, kinda sucks. Resets every time you leave the app, navigation leaves you wanting more, no way to search for specific content, plus the company itself isn't truly aligned with real western values. It's what I'd call a necessary evil due to a lack of competition. Okay, end of rant. Still grateful for the hard work to get rodeo to the masses!
As a western Canadian, it is a refreshing different channel. I saw ads for bullets and guns, duck shooting and western furniture. Try looking for these on the politically correct Canadian Broadcasting Corporation ? Never going to happen. The Rodeo coverage is very good. Congratulations to a western family channel with great family values.
I downloaded the app to watch cheyenne wild horse race and other wild horse race..but they dont even show it this sucks.

Love the all the programming available from the channel. The only downside in the app is if you are cast to another device is you can lock your phone or switch apps. Once you do your casting stops.

Don't bother paying for the NFR pass, it won't load your subscription during the performances. It happened last year and I thought they would have fixed it by now.
I loved this channel and app. I pay monthly subscription for the app to watch anywhere now you demand i pay $100 dollars on top of my monthly fee for the 10 biggest days in rodeo? Oh and the app goes down on the first day of NFR no real cowboys actually incharge of the "cowboy channel" maybe once you all snap back to reality ill look back into it.
Tells us everything is not available. Nothing will load. Can't watch ANYTHING. Won't log in, saying credentials don't match. Going to "Forgot password" says that email isn't in their system. Their 24/7 customer support is "we will get back to you in 12 hours." If Cowboy Channel plus wants to be THE place to watch the NFR, they need to get these issues fixed

Easily the most incompetent IT Department of any streaming service on the planet. Every single year, users pay their hard earned money to watch the National Finals Rodeo, and every year, the Cowboy Channel server crashes. It's like they've never even heard of the concept of a sizing exercise to determine the resources required to handle the peak load, and they've never heard of stress testing the system to verify. They need to hire some competent professionals to show them how to run a network.

Cowboy channel is absolutely awesome. What a humongous change in pro rodeo. So many prca rodeos broadcast it's awesome. My technical problem with the app is...any Android I've ever had and streamed to a firestick from has to stay on with the app up on the phone while casting... Unless you disconnect from wifi after casting... Please... Please fix this .. I've missed my some of my son's rides live cuz of it and I'm sure I'm not the only one. It's not worth because it doesn't put the American on their just last year's The Big rodeos are a plus the small rodeos I could care less.
I have a smart TV with the correct Apps and can't get the live rodeos on my TV. A waste of money.

I have this on my roku as well as the phone app, as for the phone app it prompts to reset password but never sends the email for the link this making the phone app useless. The roku works ok as long as you go to the subscription settings to remind it you do have a subscription. A main complaint is the business model the use if you want to watch live you must have the $99 sub for a year not the $9 monthly, you guys understand I'm paying you more for less content?
Update and renewal of password not working. Horrible app. Not worth 2 cents
I purchased TCC to watch the finals. However, it's the night of the first round and it won't let me log in. There is no customer support staff on call, and when I request an email link to update my password it says it's sending and won't send. Money not well spent.
Not a bad app. Does the job. Major negative is forcing people to pay for a full year up front just to watch NFR. Not consumer friendly but can see why it is done.
Ask for update on password. Never sends Email so I can.
