Tried watching the NFR rodeo but instead just shut it off cause it kept skipping. I'll jus Uber and watch it at a bar and wait til I get home and watch it. (Trucker on the road)
Pay a lot to watch the NFR but sadly the live feed keeps glitching every few seconds and skips... kinda frustrating. Fix it!
Only way to watch the NFR, but the pricing is very predatory. No way to know the price without putting in an email address, once you do get to the price, it's insane. Nobody in the house is watching the NFR I guess.
Spending 120$ for a subscription that buffers ever five seconds is ridiculous. I expect a picture perfect clear presentation of the even I'm watching. Worse subscription I've spent. 100% do not recommend. 0/5 stars
Paid to watch nfr cant put video up on my tv without the app crashing and saying the app has a bug. If you canr fix it i want my money back.
Fix the freezing! This is the only way to stream the NFR, and you charge an arm and a leg for it, but it freezes for a split second constantly. Even if I back up 5 minutes so it's not live and force the video quality all the way down. Very frustrating when it freezes multiple times in a 14 second barrel run. Kind of hard to appreciate a rodeo when you can only watch half of it.
It's terrible I cannot use anything only boys stuff The other one were better and this one get a lower star one star for me
What a joke I spend 130 dollars and the app doesn't recognize the purchase and of course you can't talk to anyone to resolve the issue
Got the CC Plus. There is no price break for subscribing a full year. I have to say that I am disappointed because at first I thought the buffering issues was mildly irritating, but now it's down right unwatchable. You have to keep restarting and reloading the show then after a few minutes, the buffering gets so bad the show can just stop playing and shut down. You literally are giving them money for a service that doesn't work. CC needs to do right by their customers. Fix this!!!!!

Lagged and buffered a lot. I stopped using the app, as a result I tried to cancel my subscription. Except there is nowhere in the app to do so, so I had to contact customer support. They claimed they couldn't access my subscriptions because I paid through Google Playstore, so I contacted Google Playstore. Google said they couldn't do anything about it either because Cowboy Channel is the one billing me and sending out the receipts. Now I'm stuck paying for an app I never even use. Ridiculous.
Monthly subscription you can't watch anything
HORRIBLE. Live events buffer, skip, & then don't play in their entirety. Do not pay for this! Customer Service is a joke. I was informed that it didn't work because I used a RokuTV, which I didn't. Then it was because I used a Samsung TV (when I told them what I did use). It didn't work on the phone either... saw dozens w/ the same complaint for that event from people who were looking for updates after it cut off completely & still customer service blames EVERYONE for using the wrong device? 👎
Has to be the most problematic streaming app to ever exist. Still can't cast using any device,I can cast every other app on my phone. I had to use my laptop and HDMI cord to watch the NFR. For the price this is unacceptable.
Not worth the money for the subscription. App lags, skips, and loads on live coverage. It won't let you stream it from your phone to a chromecast, and the app randomly doesn't load all videos so you have to uninstall then reinstall for them to load. I got the all in subscription and expected the app to function better for.tjay prive tag. Would not recommend a subscription for the app until they fix all the bugs. Not worth the money for a sub par app that works half the time.
This app sucks paid for nfr to wanch wouldnt even work on Android or to cast kept getting bug in app developer needs to fix
Quality on NFR is very poor! Paid the premium amount and can't get continuous clear images. Goes in and out of being blurry! No my internet as other apps are perfect!
Currently very upset. The price has increased by $20, I have my payment receipt, but I cannot watch anything in the app. It says it can't verify my subscription. I paid LAST WEEK. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, signed out and back in, and I don't know what else to do. I will happily change my review if someone can fix this asap.
Love it but it gives an error when I try to upgrade to 119 a year including nfr so leaving me no choice but to find a rebroadcast. Love yiur channel but if you want my money fix your upgrade error
Won't cast to tv
Could never get it to work. I tried to cancel my subscriptoion for 2 months and it would not let me, just kept taking my money. I want my money back.
This app is junk! Won't let me stream to my Chromecast anymore to watch on my TV. Used to watch all the time. Whatever you did messed up the app. PLEASE FIX!!!!

Don't bother paying for the NFR pass, it won't load your subscription during the performances. It happened last year and I thought they would have fixed it by now.
I loved this channel and app. I pay monthly subscription for the app to watch anywhere now you demand i pay $100 dollars on top of my monthly fee for the 10 biggest days in rodeo? Oh and the app goes down on the first day of NFR no real cowboys actually incharge of the "cowboy channel" maybe once you all snap back to reality ill look back into it.
Tells us everything is not available. Nothing will load. Can't watch ANYTHING. Won't log in, saying credentials don't match. Going to "Forgot password" says that email isn't in their system. Their 24/7 customer support is "we will get back to you in 12 hours." If Cowboy Channel plus wants to be THE place to watch the NFR, they need to get these issues fixed
I would love to watch the nfr on my phone but this app is total Garbage!!
Easily the most incompetent IT Department of any streaming service on the planet. Every single year, users pay their hard earned money to watch the National Finals Rodeo, and every year, the Cowboy Channel server crashes. It's like they've never even heard of the concept of a sizing exercise to determine the resources required to handle the peak load, and they've never heard of stress testing the system to verify. They need to hire some competent professionals to show them how to run a network.
I have a smart TV with the correct Apps and can't get the live rodeos on my TV. A waste of money.

I have this on my roku as well as the phone app, as for the phone app it prompts to reset password but never sends the email for the link this making the phone app useless. The roku works ok as long as you go to the subscription settings to remind it you do have a subscription. A main complaint is the business model the use if you want to watch live you must have the $99 sub for a year not the $9 monthly, you guys understand I'm paying you more for less content?

I purchased TCC to watch the finals. However, it's the night of the first round and it won't let me log in. There is no customer support staff on call, and when I request an email link to update my password it says it's sending and won't send. Money not well spent.
Ask for update on password. Never sends Email so I can.
Constant, non-stop notifications with zero ability to turn them off.
