Well here we are 2026 and have to mirror the app from my phone to the smart Samsung tv and pray it works. Could someone explain to me why in this day in age we are having to plat with our phones to get an app on the TV to work right? The f? And still paying $119/yr? Let's fix this and get with the program people. I know you all have had lots of complaints about this.

Absolutely Horrible for Streaming! Constantly freezes and not at all worth the high price!
Content is great, app performance is horrible. The app crashes at least once an event per performance, if not more. regardless of how good your internet is. Watch daily so we get very frustrated.
went online and asked how do I watch the fort Worth livestock show. I let them know I was looking specifically being able to watch the breeding heifer judging it said I had to order this app to see it. I then found out I called the fort Worth livestock show and said they were not live streaming any heifers. I let them know how just displeased I was and no response
live freezes. why is this so difficult to fix. other apps have no issue correcting it. update 1-27-26 a few days ago the app was blank every time I opened it. when it came back on line it no longer has the 2026 rodeo. what is going on?
Has anyone else lost all of the 2026 rodeos and yesterday 1/25/26 the app seemed to be completely down couldn't watch any shows or stream any rodeos

probably the most poorly developed app I've ever used. why am I paying $180/year and still getting unskipable ads before the stream even starts? no PiP, everytime I close the app to check a text or something the stream stops. I have to watch another ad, lose my spot if I'm watching behind the live and I mix whatever was happening.
Constantly freezing and having to restart
This app is a joke. It freezes and glitches constantly. Now round 8 of the NFR doesn't even show up on my app. When you pay so much for a service it should perform. If you can't meet the demand then let others stream the rodeo.
I'm very disappointed with the app this year. I purchased it specifically to watch the NFR. I'm waiting over +12 hours to watch the broadcast playback from the night before because it's not available in the app or on the website. So much for Video on Demand.
Can't get NFR live feed on this app after paying for it. Can't get the app for a Samsung TV either. Is this an app problem?
I'm quite disappointed with this app. This is round 6 of the NFR and the problems continue. In round 2, I couldn't connect at all; it kicked me out and I couldn't get back in until it finished. I stopped paying for DirecTV and bought this app so I could watch the NFR, and the results have been pretty bad.

the NFR feed is terrible keeps going in and out, some of the time we don't see the ride just the ground, also very blurry not very clear
I'm very disappointed, i went to college so got my own account to watch the nfr last week, and the app won't let me log in( I can log in online) keeps lagging out and freezing then kicks me out. I'd update my review once I could actually watch something but am very disappointed. seems like a total waste of a lotta money....

There is constant delays in live streaming programs. Round 2 of the NFR the entire app is malfunctioning and saying nothing is available. my subscription is current as well.
It's a bit ridiculous to pay all of this money for the NFR and see that servers aren't working every December. Terrible app. Terrible media company.

i bought this app to be able to watch the nfr and now the app and website crashed. technically i should get a refund. why wouldn't you have these problems worked out before the biggest nights in rodeo. even when the app is running it glitches so much during the rodeo its pretty annoying

GOOD AND EXCELLENT APP
I loved this but now have paid subscription for over two years. Now they come up with we can’t watch the NFR on this subscription. With no warning at all paid a whole year and can’t watch the NFR. Like to get a tort lawsuit against them in this matter. Deceptive trade practices

Subscription's great ON MY COMPUTER. app is not so much. It. is missing content and function that I get on my desktop. But it's at least an option on the go.

Love the content through this channel, but the phone and TV app have to be the worst developed apps I've used! Freezes when it loads, doesn't recognize the closed captioning settings and have to change them every time you start the live channel, and that's just a couple of the problems. I love this subscription, but the problems with the app ruin it and make me not want to renew. Once it starts, you get some great things on the channel...if it will even start.

app is broken more often than not. customer service folks cause so much frustration in their inability to provide any assistance.
freezes during live broadcasting. I agree with several of the comments about the poor service. If this is the method to watch the channel, and you pay a hefty price, it should not matter the device you use. The app should function properly.
I enjoyed the Cowboy Channel under the old management as it always had something of interest on it. Since then, I've seen more repeats of past rodeos then anything else. Never saw the so called California Swing. I've seen the American Rodeo enough times to be able to detail the rides with my eyes closed. Houston was another one and now they are running last year's NFR. Commercials abound now, while I don't mind animal related ones, the ambulance chaser is ridiculous.
