First time using this app after my other running app started having issues with the GPS. MapMyRun is my new favourite! GPS worked great even in the countryside and I love the speaking feature informing your distance and time.
Just consent to letting us collect all your data, you can withdraw later.....how about let me refuse now?? Ridiculous. I'm tired of all the data vultures. keep your app, I'm out.

The devs have STILL not fixed alerts to send a daily taskbar notification and remind you that it's time for a workout. I have brought this up several times over 5+ years of having a paid subscription. Why is there a setting for daily workout plan reminders in the app if it doesn't work? Pointless! I have had mainstream phones (Galaxy S22, now Galaxy S26), so being able to program it should not be a problem. My patience has run out and I'm canceling my subscription prior to the next renewal.

strava started messing up frequently so I switched to map my run and its been great accurate
March 26, 2026 update: Pretty sure this update allows deployment of more intrusive advertisements. Reliable and accurate. I just wish they would bring back the pace and speed along completed route line like Endomondo had.

Was signed up for subscription without my permission! My android phone updated overnight, and somehow that resulted in me being signed up for the mvp subscription. Will be disputing the charges. No way this is legal.
Would help if app stayed open during run/walk/workout.

Just use once but intimidated by too many subscription trials to unlock features. Would prefer a 1time pay even for basic features. There are less expensive options: Kiprun pacer, Garmin Coach, Locus map.
